Visit Red Fort, built in 1648 by Mughal Emperor Shahjehan, Jama Masjid, one of the largest Mosque of India, Raj Ghat and Shanti Vana, the cremation sites of Mahatama Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru. Also drive past Chandni Chowk, shopping centre of Old Delhi. Overnight: Hotel Day 02 Delhi - Agra This morning, drive to the 'Romantic city of Taj Mahal' - Agra! Later proceed for the sightseeing of Agra. City tour of Agra. Visit Taj Mahal & Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daula. Afternoon, we ride to the massive Agra Fort. The elegant buildings inside reflect an interesting synthesis of Hindu and Central Asian architectural styles. The maze of the courtyards, mosques & private chambers of the fort echo the story of the Mughal Empire. Overnight: Hotel Day 03 Agra - Fatehpur Sikri - Jaipur This morning following a leirsurely breakfast we drive to Fatehpur Sikri. Visit Fatehpur Sikiri This abandoned capital of the Mughals is a perfectly preserved city at the height of the empire's splendor. The city divided into religious and secular parts has interesting well-sculpted buildings. On to Jaipur Arrive Jaipur and transfer to hotel. Overnight: Hotel Day 04 Jaipur City tour of Jaipur This morning you will experience the wonders of this magicial pink city, as you proceed on a tour of Amber fort. Later visit the Jagmandir or the Hall of victory glitterning with mirrors, Maharaja's City Palace and the Observatory. Drive past Hawa Mahal or the Palace of Winds and through the rose pink residential and business areas of Jaipur. Optional: Elephant Safari Overnight: Hotel Day 05 Jaipur - Udaipur This morning, drive to Udaipur and transfer to hotel Rest of the day at leisure Overnight: Hotel Day 06 Udaipur City tour of Udaipur Visit the City Palace, Jagdish Temple, drive around Fatehsagar Lake, Sahelion ki Bari (Queen resort for her friends) and Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir (Folk Art Museum) Optional: Boat Cruise on Lake Pichola Boat curise on Lake Pichola 4km long and 3km broad, surrounded by splendid hills, Palaces, temples bathing ghats and embankments.
